Once your company joins CASAFARI Connect, the commission rules will be automatically applied by default. The total commission will be 5% of the property sale price, with a 50% split for each party – buying and selling parties.
These commission rules can be changed by the administrator of the company account at any time within the “Me” profile, and then under “Edit Connect settings“.
When talking about sharing deals, it is likely that your company operates with different sets of commission rules, depending on who the deal is done with. That’s why the administrator can define different commission rules for deals shared within your team/franchise [internal] and deals shared with other agencies [external], through this editor. You will also have the option to add more commission rules for properties from and up to a certain amount of €.
Note: If you want to work with different commission values within a specific request, you can negotiate each deal individually at the moment that you receive any request.
